Room Occupancy: Rooms have two single beds. It’s possible that single bookings might be shared with another guest or member from another party. We encourage open communication and collaboration upon arrival to resolve any potential concerns.
Contact Information Sharing: To facilitate coordination during your stay, we will share your email and contact details with other members staying at the same time. You’ll receive their information as well. This allows you to connect and plan meals, activities, and other details.
Opting Out of Information Sharing: If you’re uncomfortable sharing your contact details, please email within 48 hours and inform our booking officer.
Last-Minute Bookings: Be aware that last-minute bookings may not receive contact information for other members.
